Shipping & Processing

Ready-to-Ship Items
In-stock items are typically shipped within 1 business day via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information emailed and or texted to you.

Made-to-Order Items
If an item is not currently in stock, please allow up to 5 business days for us to handcraft and prepare your order. Your order will then ship via USPS Priority Mail, and tracking information will be emailed and or texted to you.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@claybella.studio. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@claybella.studio so we can help determine the appropriate next steps
