Shipping Policy

All of our products are made to order. Our turnaround time for all orders is typically within 7 business days. Choosing Priority shipping or UPS Worldwide Expedited at checkout does not speed up our working time. It only shortens the actual shipping time once we ship your order. Please confirm your shipping address is correct. Once the package leaves Claybella.studio it is the responsibility of the mailing service. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier to arrange for reimbursement as the shipment is insured. Please email us at info@claybella.studio.com with questions or if you need assistance. If the package is returned to us, or needs to be reshipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees. If you would like your products quicker please upgrade to priority mail. Any custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. First class and standard international shipping are uninsured. Please note, if your package becomes lost with one of the economy shipping options, we are not responsible for refunding/canceling the order. You will need to reach out to your local postal service to locate your package.

Domestic ShippingWe use USPS for shipping within the United States. Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Delivery
timelines are estimated, not guaranteed. First Class rates are usually between $7 and $9 while
Priority rates are between $12 and $14. These are estimates and rates may vary. Shipping will be
calculated at checkout.
We are now offering free shipping on domestic orders over $50! The free-shipping offer is
calculated AFTER any discount that may be applied. For the time being this offer only applies to
domestic shipments within the United States.

International ShippingFlat-rate shipments are now taking 4-6 weeks. Please do not purchase any time-sensitive items
as flat-rate shipping times are not guaranteed. If you need your items sooner, we are now
offering shipping through UPS. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and insurance is
included.

Return Policy

All our items are hand-made and we don’t offer returns at this time.

* Don’t shower or swim in your clay jewelry
* To prevent scratches, store earrings in your drawstring bag in a cool place
* The resin can be cleaned with a q-tip and a small amount of rubbing alcohol
